Shipping Policy
Shipping charges are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

New Zealand
$5- Auckland wide

$7- North Island

$10- South Island

For orders over $80, Free NZ-wide shipping.

Carrier:

We ship using our trusted delivery partners. Zappy automatically selects the fastest and best-value courier for your location.

Delivery timeframes:

Urban: 1–3 business days

Rural: 2–5 business days

International
For orders outside of New Zealand, please contact us at hello@begoodnutrition.com for a custom shipping quote.

Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number, along with the courier provider and
instructions on how you can track your order once your order has been dispatched. If you don't receive an email, we kindly ask that you check your spam folder.

Processing and delivery time
At bēgood., we aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days from the time your
order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Please note that estimated shipping times above do not include our processing time.

Damages
bēgood. Nutrition is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Unclaimed orders
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and being available for delivery. If a delivery cannot be completed, it will be held at the local post office or relevant centre for 5–10 business days, depending on location and postal service. If unclaimed, orders returned to us are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
